1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Daily Tasbeeh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.

2. Description of Service

Daily Tasbeeh is a free Islamic dhikr counter application that allows you to create, schedule, and track dhikr (remembrance of Allah). The app includes cloud sync, reminders, and progress tracking, and is provided free of charge with no advertising.

3. Account Registration

You may use Daily Tasbeeh without an account — choose "Continue without account" on the sign-in screen. In that mode your data stays on this device only: it is not synced, not backed up, and is lost if the app is uninstalled.

If you do create an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information during registration.
• Keep your Google account secure and not share it. The app has no password of its own — whoever can sign in to your Google account can reach your dhikr data.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• Be responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Daily Tasbeeh is currently free to use. All features are available at no cost. Premium features may be introduced via optional subscription in a future version. Any such changes will be clearly communicated within the app before taking effect.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or modify the app.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's servers or security features.
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content.
• Impersonate any person or entity.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology of Daily Tasbeeh are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Daily Tasbeeh is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components. Your use of the app is entirely at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the app, including but not limited to loss of data or profits.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms of Use, without notice or liability. Upon termination, your right to use the app ceases immediately. You may also delete your account at any time via Settings → Account → Delete Account.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. We will notify you of significant changes through the app. Your continued use of the app after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
